My icon is not public property... please remove it.

I spent time on it and am quite displeased to see it being used by not one, but now two users.

I venture a guess it was given to you by ~AmonAngel? Or perhaps even taken directly from my page.

SUCK IT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's not copywriten, if it was you would be completely busted because I got this icon of a web site when I was looking for some dragon icons. Maybe if you posted a legal copywrite document, then maybe I would consider taking it off, but untill then, I guess that you will just have to deal with it. If you really want to have some originality then I'd suggest that you make your own and not take something off another website and call it your own. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmkaaayyyyyyyy!!!!!!

Yes it is. The Digital Millenium Copyright Act protects artists' works, even when they're completely devoid of a copyright warning.

I don't have to. It already is. See #2.

5) If you really want to have some originality then I'd suggest that you make your own
It is my own. I made the icon in Photoshop several months ago. It happens to be the silhouette of my character, which is also my original and copyrighted property.

I'm giving you one shot in response to this.

I'm really sorry that I didn't believe that you copyrighted your icon. I'm so used to dealing with some idiots at school that I must have forgotten that there are still some good people out there that I haven't befriended yet. Please forgive me.
